Jessica provided excellent service from the beginning of the process all the way through closing and then some.
As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology but she answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.
Based on my input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Jessica provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit my wants/needs and what I might expect to find within my budget. The night that I told her I was ready to start looking, she had listings ready for me the very next morning.
Jessica was always honest about what she thought about each property and I always felt that she truly had my best interests at heart. Needless to say, I am in my first home and cannot thank Jessica enough.

A True Advocate in the Stressful World of Real Estate Our home buying experience started with one of the new real estate apps and it’s recommended realtors and that was a total bust. We happened upon Carmen McLean through another referral service and Carmen was truly the guiding light in one of the most stressful events we all experience in our lives. On paper Carmen may seem new to the real estate world, but her professionalism and dedication to the job set her apart from seasoned agents. As a first time home buyer Tia made this experience rather enjoyable! The whole process was VERY easy. All of our work was done via email/phone due to being in different locations. She was very responsive and answered any questions I had....if she didn't know the answer she was prompt with getting one. I chose Addie for my agent based on the great things I heard from others who worked with her prior. I am so glad I did...it was a wonderful experience it was fun househunting but also very informative.
